Our Unique Syllabus demands a multitude of skills and the unrelenting love of a dedicated Coach.

Apart from teaching and demonstration, a Coach is a mentor to the students understudied. We need to impart Values and the Growth Mindset.

Our Coach Level Assessment will orientate and prepare coaches to be conscious and competent in Foundational Coaching and Dance techniques based on Urban Steps fundamental requirements. 

​

The assessment examines the Coach's competency in effective classroom Communication and Associated Skills. Taking into consideration, the Coach's Teaching Experience, Certifications, Awards, Testimonials and Professionalism when delivering the syllabus.  In which,  We aim to accredit the Coach with the appropriate level of Proficiency.
