In conjunction with Beyond the Label, NHDC "The Challenge", participants will submit their dance videos online.
The Top 3 winners will win attractive cash prizes and
be awarded a certificate for their respective achievement.
This campaign is aimed at educating youth about the stigma associated with mental illness, and in the process reduce social and self stigma, as well as promote mental health advocacy. More often than we would expect, mental health conditions are proliferant in many of us, including dancers and performing artistes.
Dance has a way to empower our lives with music and movement healing us from the constant stress of our everyday life, whether we are adults or youth. This campaign has struck a chord with both Urban Steps and Hitmaker Global Academy.
